Description
Nairobi Executive town Houses project involved site survey, site measurement, excavation of foundation to put up 2 semi-detached maisonettes – nine bedrooms. Provision of road network, parking areas, swimming pool’ gate, gatehouse and general landscaping. Designing and constructing electrical and mechanical services, and boundary wall and gate construction.
Our services included but not limited to:
- Preliminary cost estimates of outline sketch proposal
- Cost plan and cost control of detailed design
- Preparing bills of quantities and other tender documents.
- List of bidders and tender action; tender evaluation report and tender negotiation
- Drawing up of contract documents and signing by the parties to the contract.
- Site visits and meetings
- Re-measurement of works
- Valuation of work done for preparation of interim payment certificates
- Ensuring adherence to approved programme of works.
- Prepared and agreed final account with contractor.
