QS Hussein Were is the Principal and founder of Fanisi Consultants. He has over 25 years of experience in quantity surveying services on many types of buildings and construction projects at various stages of implementation. He has been involved in development of briefs, feasibility studies, site investigation and analysis, preparation of implementation programs, site supervision and management of constructions, and administration of contracts. QS Were has a wide experience in organizing, directing, controlling and co-coordinating other building professionals in design development and construction supervision of projects; administration and management of contracts; and site supervision and project financial controls.
