Fanisi Consultants was established in March 1998 as a professional consultancy offering services in the fields of Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Arbitration. Initiated and registered in Kenya, the consultancy offers a complete range of services on building projects from inception, through feasibility studies and construction, to completion and final account.

QUANTITY SURVEYING
At Fanisi Consultants, we have a team of highly trained and expert quantity surveyors with in-depth knowledge of construction design and costs to offer expert advice on construction costs and procurement options.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
At Fanisi Consultants, we provide project management experts to help in project identification, construction supervision, project mitigation and monitoring of project performance.
SPECIAL SERVICES
